FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my clients benefit it is best to tour the home they wish to sell if this is for a listing service. Once I tour the home I can then do a market analysis within 2 hours and have an accurate recommended sales price for them to consider. I will guide them through what is on the market currently, where their home will fit under current market conditions and give them an approximate days on market choice. My clients are in control of the entire process, I am just their experienced guide as we go along on this journey of selling their home. For Buyers, I like to meet either by phone or in person and discuss the clients wants and needs for their next property. I like for them to have their financing in place just in case we find the home they are looking for. I will be glad to recommend several reputable trustworthy lenders to make sure things are in order, and they are in a strong position financial to make an offer. My goal is to help them through the process and make them feel comfortable with not only shopping for a home but purchasing that home. I will see to it they receive the best loan products available for them to select from. If buying with cash, I will protect their cash without placing them in any risky situations. I will make sure no $$ are at risk until they are absolutely sure they have decided on a home.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1998 I began my Real Estate Career, because I couldn't get a Realtor to treat me with respect, let alone answer their phones. When I had a question about a property I could never get them to call me back. I decided Customer Service was needed in the industry and since that was something I loved providing, I knew I would excel in the business. Almost 20 years later I have consistently be a Multi Million Dollar Producer, and lots of very happy clients!
