As a new user to Thumbtack I was hopeful that my service would be good-Shaun did not disappoint. He was prompt, friendly and dove right into my sprinkler issue. He showed me the problems and corrected each one right away. He did a thorough inspection and tune up of my whole irrigation system and gave me a good summary. I needed the backyard portion of my sprinkler system disconnected in preparation for a pool dig that was to begin in 2 days. Shaun was able to find time to come over and disconnect the sprinklers in the affected area and spent time explaining how the system worked (this was a new build home). He really saved the day!
