- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a sliding hourly scale. The rate increases commensurately with the intensity/complexity of the work to be performed. This pricing structure allows us to be VERY competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting can take place in person or by telephone. Determination of client scope and goals leads to the next step in the process. We will put together some concept sketches for client review. These sketches aid us in getting a very clear idea of the client's likes and dislikes. A formal proposal with scope of deliverables, timeline and terms is drawn up, safeguarding both parties. Upon signing, the project is live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years college + three years of in-studio mentoring with one of Chicago's prestigious 27 Designers, Lindell 'Bud' Mabry.
