- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For property management, our management fee is competitively priced at 10% of the monthly rent with no monthly minimum fees. We individually quote homes that have a larger rental value or when owners have multiple units/properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If an owner lives locally I often meet them at the property to have them give me a tour. During this time I make notes about the property that may (1) help get the property rent ready/increase rental value and (2) outline any potential hazards/issues that may cost an owner money down the line. If distance prohibits a face-to-face meeting, I make myself accessible via email, phone, text and even video chat. Documents can be sent for electronic signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate associate with the State of Florida and a member in good standing at the Space Coast Association of Realtors here in Brevard County. I am constantly in continuing education classes to stay up to date with landlord tenant laws, property management as well as classes dedicated to the purchasing and selling of real estate. I obtained a bachelors degree in 2002 from Ohio University and since graduating my employment has centered around homes and marketing.
