- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Surface cleaning is by the square foot and the type of area, be it concrete, wood, patio or stepping stones. Different surfaces will require different equipment and techniques to clean. Vertical walls and equipment is different again, and prices are identified from experience after seeing exactly what is requested by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On line education is ongoing, reviewing new soaps and products to clean specific areas, and equipment upgrades are continuously being reviewed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Repaired a few machines and talked to a few contractors about doing more than I was.
