- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are usually a little more better priced that our competitors because it’s just the two of us and we work from home. We don’t have some crazy overhead to pay with a store and we don’t have a large staff. It’s just us. (And our unpaid husbands! 🤪)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client usually inquires with us and shares a few inspiration photos. Based off of the clients photos and ideal budget, we build them a custom quote. The quote is all digital as well as itemized. Once they are booked, the date is taken off of the market to all other inquiring couples. It’s very easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been in the wedding and event space for over 15 years!
