- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on type of service/s, property size and distance from Highlands County.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy, everything can be managed online or over the phone. Customer provides some information like the type of service required, property address, customer email and phone number. We send a document to be signed/returned online by costumer to allow MVP Inspections to act on behalf of customer, and a link to submit the payment agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
License as Home Inspector, CPI (Certified Professional Inspector), years of experience as hotelier and assisting on safety and fire inspections.
