- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, Every home is different. Every homeowner is different! I aim to give the best quality with the best service at a fair and reasonable price. Also, the cost of cameras vary due to quality and the number of cameras needed to meet the needs of the family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First for the home security portion, I ask questions like, what is your primary concern, when you are home, or away? I take a look at their home and recommend certain security features that will help secure their homes and families. This gives me an idea on how to build a comprehensive security system specifically for their needs! Then we go from there. Its up to them if they like what I offer. Second, for security cameras, I ask more questions....why? what do you expect these cameras to do? what is your budget? These and more will determine the quality of camera that is offered. On every installation my goal is to give the Highest Quality System at a fair and reasonable price. I want my customers to refer me to their friends and family! I work very hard to WOW my customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college after HS for electronics, but ended up with a BA in Church Ministries...I have been in Security Sales and Management training for 10 years and been installing for about 5. I love learning and will always be learning because every house is different. I have also been through the BASA/FASA State training. For cameras, I studied on site with several different professionals and also 6 months of research to learn all I can. I have 9 installs completed to satisfaction and would love to add more.
