I charge a 50% cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually sit down and talk to my guests first to ensure I have a complete understanding of their goals. I then give you an outline of what the process will be and what outcome you can expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a cosmetology license, I am Matrix color certified, Olaplex certified, certified in hot heads extensions and keratin complex keratin treatment, as well as Norvell spray tan certified.
