Very reliable and came through after hurricane Ian hit while I was going through escrow to sell my house. My chimney flashing and shingles was deteriorating and water damaged inside celings and wood was rotted. They worked over 2 consecutive weekends to ensure the inspection and the appraisal passed! Both outside and inside repairs to include painting sections of ceilings and wall. Like the hurricane never happened. I appreciate the hard work they did at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend Sun State Roofing to everyone! Providing before and after pics. Thanks so much!

Love Love Love this company!! The best choice I've ever made on Thumbtack was to go with Nathan and his company. They did a fabulous job repairing the metal roof on my shed. They cleaned it out, pressure washed, replaced damaged wood flooring, put everything back for me, fixed extra things they didn't have to and so so much more.... I truly felt like a princess in how Shawn, Luke, and Jolene treated me and my property. The time and care they took with everything was just above and beyond. I am trying to find other projects for them to do because they did such an outstanding job. I will be using them again very soon! Thank you Nathan for running such a great business with hard working and caring workers. You're the best!

They were able to come out and inspect my roof quickly. There were some delays with actually performing the work, due to rainy weather (out of anyone’s control). Nathan kept me updated as to the schedule and was able to work with me to get out as soon as possible. I will contact them again if I have future roofing needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the roof and give a quote, if the customer agrees on the pricing we schedule the job typically within 24 hours of the evaluation and send over the itemized estimate, invoice and warranty information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father owns one of the largest roofing companies in Florida so I I’ve been doing this since I was a child.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get several quotes and make sure they offer a warranty, never make any payments before the job is completed.
