- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely competitive in our pricing! Typically most computer repair jobs will price around 50$ in labor. We understand that other providers like Geek Squad and other local providers way over charge customers for what should be very simple jobs and we would like to show you how much we value you as a customer and hopefully a permanent loyal customer! We are all in this together and our main goal is to help people be FRIENDS with their information solutions, not hate or struggle with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with customer to agree on a good time and opportunity to diagnose or provide the service/product. Communicate with the customer to provide A+/MCSE quality computer products and services. Perform,deliver,install,repair computer products and services and triple checking all actions takin. Educate, train, and encourage customer over the process of the product and service. Review all products and services with the customer to ensure quality control excellence. Provide follow up communication and services with the customer to ensure reliability, consistency, and final satisfaction with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified A+ technician and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer up to Advanced Server. I am also a graduate of USF with a Bachelor's in Information Systems Management and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems. I will be started a graduate program for Business Intelligence at USF soon. From working in the Telecom industry I am also a certified Broadband Technician from AOL/Time Warner. I've also had positions such as Sr. Network Administrator and Jr. Database Administrator in the corporate sector.
