If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made 4 appointments with these people and 4 times they were a NO SHOW. My husband purchased a voucher through Living Social for me for Mother's Day. We scheduled the first appointment for the morning. After about 3 hours of waiting for them to show up, I called to find out if they were coming and they told me that the person that was scheduled to clean my house had a history of not showing up to appointments, and they were "letting her go" and so I rescheduled. They didn't show up for appointment #2, because there was a death in their family. Ok, fine. I waited another couple of months to reschedule because I felt so awful for them. They didn't show up for appointment #3 because "they didn't have me on the schedule". And, appointment #4 (today). My husband called to confirm the appointment and lo and behold, the person who was supposed to come clean my house was "having car trouble." My husband was upset at this point and told them that this is the 4th time we've had to reschedule. They said they could issue us a refund, or RESCHEDULE!!! Are you kidding me? REFUND PLEASE! The person my husband spoke to said the refund would be issued as soon as he emailed Living Social. YEAH RIGHT! I should be noted that they neglected to contact me ALL FOUR TIMES to say they were running late/not coming. NOT A WORD. I contacted them. And they are not easy to get in touch with. The other thing I should mention is that my voucher expires on 11/09/12. I firmly believe that they never intended on cleaning my home and honoring my voucher and that they were stringing me along until the voucher expired, so that there was nothing I could do. These guys won't be in business very long at all. It's a shame, too. I really try and support local businesses. But, I really feel like we've been lied to. Terrible. I am so upset and disappointed. My husband and my boys gave me a really sweet gift and this company totally ruined it.

worst cleaning company EVER! i use to work for this horrible company, and left quick (definitely not a bitter x-employee, just want ppl to know the truth)! "matthew" who is actually corey the owner, uses a fake name because he believes his clients wont tip him if they know he's the owner. also i have seen him break decorations in clients homes and not tell them about it! any time someone is running late to the cleaning, he'll come up with every excuse in the book: "a family member died" "the person scheduled to clean your home is in the hospital, or a bad employee" blah blah blah. corey, and his staff (especially ghetto margie) talk so much crap about their clients, its sad. please take the time and find a better cleaning compay, you'll regret hiring corey and his NOT so top-notch cleaning company!

James!, Your saying your not a bitter X employee! LOL Your lies ain't gonna get you no where. I FIRED you because you were unreliable, always call out (total of a month all together in the 5 months you did work), and your FULL of drama! Grow up and take it like a MAN, You were fired because of what you did! Keep going on with your lies and slandering and you will be hearing from my lawyer! Top-notch cleaning recently took over the company that we used and loved. Since he has cleaned for us, there have been nothing but problems. The first cleaning was ok. We gave him the benefit of the doubt that there were things missed because it was the first time he was cleaning for us. The girl that he had with him though looked like she was a homeless person that he picked up off of the street. This is a place of business and she was very unprofessional looking. The second cleaning, another woman showed up with him. She was a bit more presentable but again, there was some cleaning that was missed and they were very rushed. The third cleaning, Cory didn’t show up, the woman from the week before was here alone. When she left, the garbage cans were left on the counters, our dish towels were bleached, and the toilet bowl cleaners were on the sinks. The fourth cleaning, no one showed up. We finally contacted Cory and he told us that the person that was supposed to clean was in the hospital and he would come up. No one showed. We called again and rescheduled for Monday. Again, no one showed and no call to reschedule. Again we called back and was told that there would be someone to clean Friday and he would give us a call back... you guessed it, no call. So we called him and were told that he was too busy and was canceling our contract. From what I read above, it sounds like this company is all excuses and is very poorly managed. Cory has zero integrity or customer courtesy. I highly recommend you steer clear of this business of you want to avoid the headache!!

Corey/Matthew what ever you want to call yourself and if you consider yourself professional learn how to write proper English. A true professional would not respond to a former customer or ex-employee in the manner that you have under your reviews via online. If anything I would do all I could to solve the problem and gain the customer's trust and their business back again. So, with that I do agree that not only are you, your so call employees ghetto so, is your so call business. Honestly more people should report you to the BBB as I'm currently doing and contacting corporate that owns "Top Notch Cleaning" because people like you bring a company down and should not own their franchise. Stop your excuses man up and shut down! FOLKS DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON/COMPANY!! They too cleaned a house for my family so, I know the kind of people he sends. He too does work for a local management company in Hernando County so, I will make sure he never cleans my families house again.
