Introduction: Why choose Elegant Exposures Photography for your photography needs? Well, for starters we feel it is more important to focus on our client's photo shoot than to time our sessions. If a Senior High session takes an hour great, if it takes two hours, we are good with that too. If it takes four hours, well than you might be buying us lunch! Second, we edit all of our pictures and remove minor blemishes at no additional charge. Why? It's our name on your photos and we want them to be just as perfect as you do. Third, we use high quality camera equipment and editing software to insure that the end product will be just what you were hoping for. Finally, we believe that a good photographer should be passionate about photography, not just a person pushing a button behind the lens. We truly care about our client's photography needs and the photographs we produce. We invest many hours on each session prior to, during and in post editing in an effort to produce a product you will be proud to share and pass on for generations to come. We will take the time to chat and find out exactly what you are looking to get out of our photography session. We believe all these factors are essential ingredients for producing a perfect portrait. At Elegant Exposures our intentions are to capture expressions and emotions of you and/or your family that you will be proud to share and display for a lifetime. It is our mission to photograph our clients as they have never seen themselves before. Because of our passion for helping others we have been credited with changing lives by showing our clients how beautiful they truly are. That is the most rewarding part of our job!

I called Wendy McGinnis, owner of Elegant Exposures just before Christmas to see if she would be willing to take portraits of people in our community who were down on their luck and would appreciate receiving a Christmas gift from the community with no expectations in return. She lit up like the Rockefeller tree on Christmas and said absolutely! She took her personal time on a weekend arrived early and set up outside of the courthouse with some of her staff and began taking family and single photographs. She presented each family with a printed photo in a nice folder on the spot that they could keep or give as a gift. One family I will never forget came with their two children. They had never had a family portrait, nor did they think they every would. The portrait under the courthouse tree came out beautiful and seeing the excitement and appreciation brought tears to all of our eyes and reminded us what giving is all about. Wendy did not ask for nor want anything in return other than the smiles she got and the added bonus of a few hugs. Her work is artistic, professional and comes from the heart. I highly recommend her because she gives her all for the person and what is best for them.

I love, love, LOVE my photos from Elegant Exposures!! I've had pregnancy pictures as well as newborn pictures of my son. I truly could not be happier!! The passion which Wendy has is unlike any other and you see it in her work!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of KelbyOne which offers continued education and training for photography and editing. We love to look beyond the norm in an effort to offer our clients a product they will be proud to share with their friends and family for decades to come.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a professional photographer to document your special moments or events you may want to find out what type of equipment they use and find out if they offer a guarantee of their work. Most importantly, check out their work and interview them to make sure you are comfortable with their type of photography and what they have to offer. Find out if they have a good reputation, call your local Chamber of Commerce to see if they are a member and in good standings.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are a member of the Greater Hernando Chamber of Commerce, Kelbyone, and the professional organization Working Woman of Tampa Bay.
