What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can create your own package, depending on services needed. For ongoing vacation rental management, I charge a 35% commission per rental. Basic Monthly Maintenance and cleaning is provided for a flat rate, starting at $150 a month. Unforeseen maintaining is on a case-by case situation. I deal with rental platforms directly so the owner is worry-free.
