- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common installation is mounting a flat screen TV on the wall. This service includes concealing all A/V wires within the wall. We can also supply TV mounts, A/V wiring of all types, speaker mounts, IR repeater kits, universal remote controls, etc. at very reasonable prices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ASK QUESTIONS. It's very important that you as the customer understands everything that's involved with a flat screen TV installation and/or Home Theater Surround Sound installation. Good questions would be... Where will the equipment be located in relation to the TV? How will we be hooking up the equipment, i.e. what type of A/V wires will I need? What kind of mount do I have or need? Do I want to pull the TV away from the wall to view at different angles? If your installer doesn't ask or answer these and many other simple questions, they don't have your best interests in mind. They are simply looking to make money and not necessarily make sure you are happy. These questions also help in determining the final cost to you. If the right questions are asked, you should know what the final cost of the installation should be instead of finding out after the job has been completed.
