- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of move you have. If it is a local move, we charge an hourly rate. If it is a long distance move, after assessing your items we will provide you with a flat binding rate for the job up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, if you are in the local area, we will set up a time to come and do a visual assessment and go over details of the move with you in person. If you are outside of the local area, we can do a visual assessment via Zoom, or go over your inventory on the phone in order to provide you with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience. We are licensed, and insured for both intrastate Florida move and interstate moves throughout the country.
