Furthermore, they tend to employ agents who have limited experience, suffer from high turnover rates, and are focused on servicing a high volume of clients. As a result, these larger competitors tend to take a mass production approach towards the industry and lack customer focus in their service delivery. These companies are too big to care and too large to get hold of when clients need assistance.
We, on the other hand are very focused on our clients and their needs, in contrary to larger competitors, who are focused on getting huge contracts and supplying their clients with inexperienced guards.
