Tom Allore came out to do the job, (installing a new sink in the laundry room and putting in new faucets for the washer) very promptly and in a very professional manner. Everything was positive with the exception of the bill that came at the end. Whenever I've used a service in the past, an estimate was given. It changed sometimes as new information was obtained, but typically they'll tell you up front it will cost X amount of money. That wasn't the case this time unfortunately, and at the end of the evaluation of the water softening unit I was handed a $115 bill to pay. I was very surprised to discover this was the case as I had received no indication that anything would need to be paid until the bill was in my hand.
