- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. There are no hidden fees, long term contracts, or loop holes to jump through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a phone call to better understand the customers needs (as there may be unique characteristics to the job), coordinate a walk through, and discuss any potential constraints pertaining to project completion. During the walk through, we can discuss preferred times and dates to complete the job and can provide a rough estimate as to how much the project will be. A formal estimate will then be sent via email with a follow up call to confirm date, time, and to receive a deposit (if needed).

We have had the pleasure of working with customers that have needed services for: homes, offices, warehouses, event cleanup (pre/during/post), post construction clean up, move outs, open house, and pre closing cleanings.
