He was knowledgeable about all building materials and explained to us about those materials you see on tiktok that are aesthetically pleasing however not durable, essentially throwing money down the drain. This was greatly appreciated from a couple trying to save all their pennies. He helped Us get in contact with electricians, concrete constructors, and even permits runners to help speed up our remodel.
