Planning a day was easy. They sent lots of information and confirmed the appointment for accountability. Upon arrival Jenny and Jeremy came with bright energy and positive vibes. We proceeded to do the detailed assessment and I felt like I was unlocking the next level.We proceeded to train in the back yard of my home with my precious dog Luna watching and joining in. Music, sweat, fitness knowledge and encouragement ensued and a fun fitness time was had.As a fitness enthusiast and life long follower of all things health and wellness I found like minded I humans with a deep passion for helping others. It was invigorating! 10/10 recommend for beginners, intermediate level people looking for more vitality and less health problems.Nutrition and Personal Training were part of the programs they offered. Christine has helped me with my tight hip flexors in just a few short sessions. She knows her pilates and I love that she SHOWS me exercises before/while doing them. Its great when your teacher can instruct verbally and physically! I look forward to continuing my pilates journey with her.

Chelsea is awesome! I have been doing Pilates on and off for many years and she is truly the best instructor I have ever worked with! We started working together in December and I have noticed a huge difference in my body, from being more flexible, to having more definition and even more endurance for running! Chelsea has the best personality and always keeps me focused when I start chatting too much. She is always on time and extremely professional! I have even continued working with her remotely since returning to Chicago recently! Cannot say enough about how great she is!
