- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Consult is $50/hr w/o a Referral. Setting up a System with QuickBooks after the Client purchases the license is $48/hr. Processing/Book Services on a regular basis is $38.50 to $45/hr depending on the level of transactions and information gathering with a minimal level of hours of 8 hour charge per week. Rates will be established based on the Client needs and are subject to change if the needs of the client changes. Not every company is the same or has the same needs and we take that into consideration when we meet and discuss our services and recommendation after the first consult. Non Profit Rate is $45/hr with a Min 8 hours. Clean up and Tuneup of System is $50.00 min of 6 hrs of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview and talk about their business, what type of entity S corp, LLC, how many employees, what services they need, and what is the status of the services or work if they are behind months, once I take in all this information I will quote a rate for the work and plan a schedule. I am not there to fight with them, they need to disclose all information about the business and how it has been operating, and record keeping, in order for me to be upfront and give them quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of Business, Setup and operations, Employee Benefits, HR, Workers comp compliance, I started Business English, Typing, Business Machines, Accounting, Bookkeeping Concepts in high school. Taken and Passed the Certified Public Bookkeepers Courses/ Exam Passed, became certified through NACPB. Quick Books Pro Advisor Program Member, over 16 years experience with various DOS based accounting/ software programs, and QuickBooks. Worked in this industry for the past 35 years of which 16 years I own and operated my on Bookkeeping/Payroll Processing. I am a Licensed Nurse, medical billing/casework. I am Florida Licensed Notary and hold a 2-15 Health Life and Variable Annuity License. When I am not doing books, I work with animal rescue, and other humanitarian and I do Native American history and research along with Arts and Crafts, ceramics.
