- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I firmly believe in using quality professionals and experience has shown that a quality job done right costs less than having to redo a poorly constructed one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is absolutely necessary in order to produce a happy customer. I am very specific. I like to detail everything so that the customer knows exactly what will be delivered. I also like to find ways to reduce cost without reducing quality. This can often be done by applying building science and value engineering (when design allows).
