He put in a ceiling tile requiring a cut-out for an ac vent. This can be tricky even for a pro. Vertical space was limited making it difficult to handle and fit without damaging the fragile tile. It's in with every edge perfect. Josh is a nice guy and he's fair. Where I need to and can afford it, I'll definitely call on him again.
