He was concerned, informative and most cordial in diagnosing the issue. And, this was just on the telephone. I was able to immediately schedule an appointment for the next day. William was so willing to resolve my concern, he called later on the same day - to see if I was available for him to compete the repair - so that I would not have to endure another day.The attentiveness to detail and the quality of the repair work provided by Truevolt, was outstanding! If everyone in the home improvement industry ran their business like William, people wouldnt dread doing it. I had a relatively small project, install an outdoor fan and put in a new electric outlet. Small beans, I get it, but a big deal to me. I called and made an appointment for an estimate. He came at the scheduled time, worked through some older house challenges and gave me a reasonable quote. Once accepted, he had a team scheduled for the next day, who did a quick job and cleaned up after themselves. One of his workers went above and beyond and actually painted a visible transformer box so it matched and I would have to do it. This all happened a few day before Thanksgiving. A+
