FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work remotely, which means I’m a virtual bookkeeper. In this way, I keep my overhead costs down. It gives me an edge over other firms that require a higher rate to cover office expenses, etc. Out-sourcing administrative tasks, like bookkeeping is a clever way for small business owners to keep costs down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the service, but typically I meet with a new client in person, by phone, Zoom or instant messaging, whichever they prefer. I have a questionnaire I like to go over with them. I listen to what their needs are and always try to work within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Finance and more than 20 years of bookkeeping experience. I’m QuickBooks Pro Certified and have earned my BBL Certification.
