"The overall service provided went above and beyond my expectations. I relocated to Florida from Virginia a year ago with an impending short sale and state taxes. The tax preparation was slightly complicated due to the aforementioned. The service and research provided was professional and thorough to my delight. I might have had to pay taxes on the $80,000 loss to the mortgage holder if Ms Scott had not been relentless in her research. I look forward to filing next year reaping an even better return. When I called this company, I had many questions; when the call was completed, I had none. The young lady I spoke with was very professional. She went over my problems, step by step. Not only did she fix the problems but made sure the conversation ended with me knowing more about my books than I’ve ever known. She explained the what’s, when how and why’s. One thing she said to me that will be with me forever is, “Always know what is going on with your books.” Never ever leave it to someone else to do it all and you take their word for it. This starts with following up. If it isn’t accurate, it will show up in an economical way, which is too late.
