Keicha is amazing! I absolutely love her response time and open communication. Keicha is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My situation: I used to pay a CPA a monthly (hefty) fee to do my sales tax/ bookkeeping and at the end of 2021 I had to make the hard decision to close/ dissolve my LLC. I asked the CPA for advise and to assist me with such. They advised that “we could dissolve by not filing an annual renew…” I would “… likely receive an email stating to renew so you can go ahead and ignore that. Florida will automatically dissolve”. This is further from the truth. Next thing I know I have a letter stating I owe $2k+ in estimated sales tax and late fees for failing to report. Keicha was truly god sent! She immediately provided me with a quote and set my expectations for the process. Services Provided: 1. File a $0 sales tax return 2. Provide data – no sales in Q1, Q2 and current period 3. Close sales tax account 4. Draw up LLC dissolution paperwork 5. File LLC dissolution paperwork 6. Determine accurate/updated sales tax fee I received daily updates for each step she was in. She made me feel safe and taken care of. I truly appreciate everything LeKeicha did for me. I commend her for the patience and hours spent calling all the departments she had to, to resolve this situation for me. I love that I got to support another local business in Orlando. A thousand thank you’s for lifting a weight off my shoulders and setting me straight with the state.
