- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are straight forward pricing so you will know a total for any project in your home prior to us starting work. We typically charge a service fee to come and evaluate your whole plumbing system. We often end up waiving this with work performed. We give a club membership option to all clients to be able to save up to 20% off! We give military, first responder, senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our whole process is paper free and seamless. From the time you call until the work is complete we strive for the 5 star client experience, every time.
