He kindly introduced himself and, before even entering the house, he took the extra step to put on shoe covers—something I truly appreciated. He was extremely responsive. Within minutes of my initial call or message, I received a reply letting me know when he’d arrive, and he followed through exactly as promised. Once on-site, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my toilet in just a few minutes. He was kind, respectful, and family-friendly throughout the entire visit.
