FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial consultation at no charge. If the person would like to retain us to help with his or her case, we have a questionnaire we ask our clients to complete as well as a retainer agreement, which spells out specifically the terms of our representation. As to the process, it really depends on the area of the law and issues for which we have been retained, i.e., divorce, paternity, adoption, criminal defense, etc. It is all of our goals to be very responsive and keep our clients informed of the status of their cases and answer their questions. We respond to all emails and telephone calls at our earliest opportunity, even if just to say we have received the email or telephone call and to let our client know when we can respond to their question or concern.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
