When hireing a contractor make sure they have licensed Ins. and bonded Get a few qoute in writing so you can show the other contractor so they may be able to work with you on prices due to material is a price you cant change but labor is if you do most of work yourself with a helper and how long they have been in Bus. Their a lot of crook out there so rember you get what you pay for, be cheap get cheap result even with the best talent ,cant change qaulity of materials So hope you get the point.
