Not sure where the team was that all the other reviews mentioned. I had nothing but issues from start to finish. No shows, leaving with no word and not returning, changing dates at the last minute. I had to call and call to even get a response from Frank. He directed me to Heri the project manager who never returns calls. Heri and Frank are the only ones who spoke English so we couldn't communicate with workers. Only one of the team deserves a positive review and that's Larazo, the tile installer for kitchen floor. He came and busted his rear all day and completed the job. He wanted my approval and kept asking me if I liked it. And I did. However, the painter left glue residue where he taped down some cardboard he used as a drop cloth. Seriously? He got paint all over everything. Sloppiest piece of work I've ever seen. He is not a qualified nor a professional painter. He came back after I raised my concerns to Frank and threatened to cancel the remaining project and funds. Frank hired another contractor to come in and repair what his own guys messed up then wanted to whine to me about the extra expense. I wanted to be compensated for the no shows and date changes and no communication . I got $300 taken off. It should have been a lot more but I was exhausted from all the headaches and just wanted it finished. Overall, I would give this company only 2 stars but could've been higher if i hsd been satisfied with their work. I just had to call him yesterday because a floor tile has cracked and grout has come out from around another. He said crack didn't look like aninstallation issue (typical) but he would get back with me by end of day. End ofdays has gone and moved on to another day and still no word. This is the norm for Frank so I shouldn't be surprised that he never called back. I wish I could at least say the work was exceptional but I can't even do that.One positive though, Frank and his wife are very sweet and lovely. Frank needs to take better care of his customers and get a better team of "professionals " or they are going to ruin his business.

I wrote a review a few days ago and I'm going to continueI had reached out to Frank re grout issue and a cracked tile . He responded right away and assured me it would be taken care of. And true to his word I got a call from Heri asking if they could come Monday to fix it. They were right on time and worked diligently until it was finished. However, when I looked,the tile had a grayish brown background and mine is white. So now Frank and Heri are on the hunt for tiles that match mine. There were a lot of mishaps with this project and on some issues we agreed to disagree. Several personal issues with workers that is not the norm. So I want to say that all and all Frank and Heri are great guys, just this project was as much troublesome to them as it was to me. They did their best but I am very impatient and wanted my kitchen back. Would I hire them again? Yes,because I know I would be getting the same service as those customers who had no issues with their projects. I truly believe this was a fluke.UpdateHeri came with new tiles but they were the wrong color . So he put original color back in because they weren't successful finding correct color. Had issues with tiles not being even so Heri came again and added more grout. Still has a slight uneven lift and a little more grout may fix this issue. I did have another issue that Frank insists is not his company's error so they won't come out and fix it. When they were putting my fridge back in, it was taller due to tile so they shaved some off bottom of cabinet to make it fit. But they didn't shave enough and instead of shaving a bit more, they forced it in and it is now wedged under the cabinets. Problem is, my fridge needs repair done but it is so wedged in it can't be moved. I asked Frank if someone would come and shave a bit more off so it can be pulled out for repair. He said he wasn't going to send anyone out for that because I was aware of the issue. He's correct, I was aware and that is when it was decided to shave off bottom of cabinet to make it fit. Now Frank says they did nothing to fridge or cabinet. Basically calling me a liar. He didn't bother to answer my last text when I asked if he was going to send someone to shave off a bit more so my fridge can be pulled out for repair. I assumed that meant no, so I texted him and told him to forget coming out and I would forget his promise to make everything "right".

I cant say enough good things about Frank and his team. After the last hurricane, our home was in really rough shape, and they stepped in and completely turned things around. What could have been an overwhelming, stressful experience became manageable because of their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care.They handled everything with such attention to detail and kept us informed every step of the way.
