I ordered a 3.5 ton unit, 15.2 seers, 2 stage heat pump. On the day of delivery the national warehouse send me the wrong unit. 13.8 seers, 1stage heat pump.I'm not sure how these people operate out of the warehouse. They don't seem to know their inventory. I was told that they don't carry the 15.2 seers, 2 stage unit here in Florida. Even though they advertise it on the internet.The insulation of this unit was very good. The father and son installers did an excellent job installing it on time.Even though I had to settle with a lesser heat pump. I do feel good about what I paid for the unit. And Pronto Services, work with me more and I hope they stand behind what they say they're going to do.. Jim

Very unprofessional and ignorant people. We have them installed new unit and since day one was leaking They sent technicians twice and both of them were not able to find the leak. We had no choice but hire another company and they found the leak in 2 minutes. It was obvious that was Pronto Air mistake and we told them to send someone to fix it. The so called technician didnt bring leak detector instead he brought a bottle of soap and water and no surprise he said that isnt leaking. After calling the office manager she said that she trusts her technician. Its understandable because they didnt want to claim responsibility and fix it. We had the other company fix it. Stay away from this company. Lousy customer service and very unprofessional and rude! Zero stars Dont waste your money with this Company
