FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Comfort All-Stars, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our rates are extremely competitive for our area, and you’ll always know the exact cost before any work begins — no guessing and no hidden fees. For just $88, one of our highly trained technicians will arrive at your home in a fully stocked service vehicle, ready to diagnose the issue and offer the best solutions to get your system running perfectly again. Exceptional service, transparent pricing, and trusted expertise — that’s the Comfort All-Stars way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have been licensed HVAC professionals for over 40 years, bringing decades of experience and integrity to every job. All of our technicians are fully trained experts — never salesmen in disguise. Each of our Comfort All-Stars completes a minimum of 100 hours of ongoing training every year, ensuring they stay sharp, knowledgeable, and ready to repair your system the right way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner, Jack Westenbarger, began his HVAC career in Ohio in 1977 when he earned his apprenticeship license. After completing four years of hands-on training, he successfully passed a four-hour exam to become a licensed HVAC journeyman. In 1985, he advanced further, passing an eight-hour exam to achieve his HVAC contractor license. Jack moved to Florida in 1993, where he led several successful HVAC organizations before founding Comfort All-Stars with his wife, Sabrina. Sabrina, who has been working in the HVAC industry since 1992, shares Jack’s passion for excellence and commitment to serving others with integrity and care.
