- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair with our pricing structure. We are not the cheapest or the highest. We take pride in our good, clean, honest work and look for repeat business every opportunity we get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you reach out to us you will get a response with in a few hours at most. We get a technician out to you with in a 24 hour window.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are EPA certified and receive training every morning whether it be in house training or direct from the manufacturer representatives. Our service technicians and installers are factory authorized technicians. They are up to date on new technologies and old alike.
