100% recommend this company for any A/C issues I called Precision AC because my 12 year old AC unit was no longer functioning properly. They sent over a technician to take a look at the system and replaced a couple of parts. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue and I had to get a new unit (they deducted the price of the repair/service from the new unit). I went ahead and scheduled the installation of the new unit asap and Phil (technician) and his assistant got the job done in less than day Needless to say I was more than happy with the work done and now my house does not feel like a sauna anymore. If you are looking for an honest, fair A/C company then look no further!Update 2/5/2026: Notice some issues with the heating component of the HVAC system. I called Precision A/C, Inc and they sent a technician over promptly. The technician Scott Keihl was able to locate and fix the issue very quickly. He was also very helpful as he explained all the steps and tests he was performing. I really appreciate his professionalism and experience, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of knowledgeable HVAC work/maintenance!
