About this pro
Russell didn't mazing job and was on time and even stayed extra late 2 days in a row. I have worked with a lot of contractors and I can say that this has been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! I can't recommend anyone better! Thank you again Russell for a great job!Aug 2, 2018Russell M.'s reply
Thanks Paul. Great customer to work with too.
We hired protrades for our kitchen backsplash and couldn't be happier! Excited to have our kitchen complete and to entertain friends in our home. Would definitely hire them again in the future!Apr 8, 2018Verified
Russell did a great job. The tile looks beautiful. He was prompt, tidy, cleaned up his work space, used drop cloths to keep our floors clean. He finished our bathroom in three days. Absolute joy to work with, had good input and recommendations.Nov 16, 2017VerifiedRussell M.'s reply

Thanks Andrew. We appreciate the business.
Did a great job! And was very respectful. Sometimes you hire contractors and their so rude but Russell wasn'the at all. Even didn't mind one of my cats stalking him most of time 😉Mar 1, 2017VerifiedRussell M.'s reply
if you still need the couple of pieces of Base put on your bathroom floor just let me know when. Weekend would probably be the best time. Thanks again Jewel

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All pricing is determined by the customer's needs. A standard labor rate for small (backsplash/wainscoat) custom work before materials is an average of $75.- $100. per man hour at a minimum of 2 hours. All depending on the area and detail of installation. A standard labor rate for larger (floor) jobs before materials is an average of $3.-$5. per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Let's determine what your goal is. Do you know the scope of work that you want to achieve? Are you looking for tile and installation? Are you looking for just installation? Floors, walls, just a kitchen backsplash? Do you also need ideas?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In 2000, I was trained by a Certified Master Tile and Stone Technician and have been installing, learning and managing this industry ever since.
