- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are calculated according to the home’s size (in square feet) or the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and also the type of cleaning service chosen (regular or deep). We offer one-time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly options. Additional services include: • Complete window cleaning (inside/outside, tracks, frames, and screens): $20-$30 each • Blinds washing: $15 each • Fridge inside: $30-$45 • Oven inside: $30-$50 These values are fixed, but we can offer discounts depending on the service frequency or home size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the customer’s specific cleaning needs and preferences. Then, we provide a clear estimate based on the size of the property and the type of service required (regular, deep, or post-construction cleaning). Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at the most convenient time for the client. On the first visit, we focus on detailed and thorough work to ensure full satisfaction and build a long-term relationship based on trust and quality.
