I am passionate about helping others in family law cases. After almost 9 years in the United States Navy, during which time I had to battle to see my children, I went to law school, fought hard, and now my kids and I have a great relationship. Some highlights of my experience include: getting majority timesharing (custody) at trial for a client who previously was kept away from his son; getting 50/50 timesharing, what my client wanted, at a temporary relief hearing when their ex only wanted to give them every other weekend; getting timesharing restored when the opposing party kept saying the child was afraid of my client; getting numerous domestic violence injunctions dismissed on both procedural and substantive grounds; getting a domestic violence injunction put in place to protect my client; getting an order set aside that took half my client's pension; and much, much more.
