- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**3 or more pets serviced at the same appointment receive 20.00 off total!! No rain checks or separate scheduling allowed for the discount. Please mention thumbtack discount to apply at checkout!! ** Mobile pricing will be a little more than salon or in home pricing because of the convenience, quality of the products used and the time put in during a one-on-one session to perfect a cut. **All pricing on thumbtack and over the phone are just estimates. Please note that the actual cost of the groom will be determined on coat condition, dog behavior, and type of cut done. Prices are subject to change at any time.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the appointment I ask a lot of questions to get to know my clients and to find out the exact cut that works for their lifestyle and for their fur baby.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took grooming courses back in 2012 and I stay on top of my education by attending seminars and events.
