Ian went above and beyond for me.My dryer stopped heating and the appliance guy told I needed to hire an electrician as it was probably my outlet. Ian made time, for me on a Saturday, and was over quickly. He realized the wiring in my dryer outlet was definitely in bad shape as I live in an older condo. My dryer cord had also burned due to the wiring in the outlet getting too hot. I'm lucky a fire didn't start. He gave me a very reasonable quote for all he had to do. He explained everything to me in detail. He will be my electrician from now on. If you want an honest, dependable, reasonable electrician, Ian is your guy. I can't say enough great things about this man and his work ethic, honesty, and integrity. He spent a lot of time today fixing my issue. My dryer is heating again and all is well. Ian assessed and advised us on electrical upgrades needed for our dry bar project. He called shortly after my inquiry on Thumbtack and stopped by the home that afternoon to assess our needs for the project and provided potential solutions and pricing that day.
