FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects professional, licensed electrical work performed to code with quality materials. We do not provide quick price estimates without understanding the scope of work. If your priority is the lowest possible price, we may not be the right fit. If your priority is safe, electrical work done correctly, we provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first confirm that you’re ready to proceed with a project. Because accurate electrical estimates require seeing the home and existing wiring, we do not provide pricing over the phone. We schedule an on-site visit to inspect the work, discuss options, and provide a written quote before starting any work. Once approved, most jobs can be started and completed the same day, with larger projects scheduled for the near future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has professional electrical training and extensive experience in residential and commercial troubleshooting, installation, and service upgrades. We stay current with National Electrical Code standards and local regulations to ensure every project meets safety and inspection requirements.
