I had a great experience working with Ian! He installed six ceiling fans in my home and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I had high, sloped ceilings and he worked with me to find and order all the correct adapters. Ian was punctual, professional and worked efficiently while still paying close attention to detail. He made himself available the same week I reached out and completed the job in one day. Totally worth every dollar. He made sure each fan was perfectly balanced and safely installed. On top of that, he was friendly, easy to communicate with and cleaned up after the job was done. Based on my interview today, I appreciate the time Ian took to explain my options and the scope of the work to be done. I feel like I got a good education on the subject of transfer switches. He seems sincere in making the customer feel comfortable before they make their decision. I will hire him to do the installation, and I will comment later. Update: Great work! Ian worked for over 3 hours in a hot garage to install a whole-house power switch, which allows my generator or batteries to connect to the electrical panel and 240-volt appliances. He provided a safety to prevent power from my generator from feeding back to TECO. I highly recommend him. A+
