Our home was flooded by hurricane Helene, and we were traumatized and stressed in dealing with the remediation and rebuilding of our home. A neighbor who was having his home remodeled by DA Grandview suggested we contact Daniel Alvarez to see if he could add us to his work flow. What a great suggestion this ended up being. Daniel and his crew have done amazing work, they are efficient, and Daniel was very accommodating to the frequent changes we made throughout the project. And unlike other general contractors we have used in the past, Daniel was onsite to supervise activities nearly every day of our 4-month project. He was always available to us when we needed advice. We are very grateful for his and his team's efforts, and we are back in our home months earlier than we expected. We highly recommend DA Grandview for any remodeling or construction projects.

DA Grandview Construction did an amazing job on my home. After a flood damaged the interior, and with the exterior needing some serious updates, I was overwhelmed-but their Daniel and his team really came through. From the start, they were super professional, easy to accommodate any changes we had to go through and always on time. The exterior looks brand new, and the interior renovation was done with great attention to detail. They took a stressful situation and made the process easy and manageable. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them and hire them again.
