FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of materials and the skilled craftsmanship required for a lasting remodel. We provide fixed-price contracts for defined scopes of work so you don’t have to worry about "hidden" costs. We offer a 5% discount for military veterans and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Site Assessment: We visit your home in the Tampa/Orlando area to take measurements and discuss your vision.
2. Detailed Proposal: You receive a line-item estimate covering labor and a budget for materials.
3. Selection Phase: We help you choose your flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.
4. Construction: We manage all trades and city inspections.
5. Final Walkthrough: We don’t consider the job done until the "punch list" is empty and you are thrilled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida. Beyond my licensing, I have over 35 years of hands-on experience in structural framing, plumbing coordination, and precision flooring installation. My team and I stay up-to-date on the latest Florida Building Codes to ensure every kitchen and bath we touch is safe and compliant.
