If You Want The Best...I've worked with several contractors and Premier Designs Construction is by far the best. What started as a bathroom reno, painting kitchen cabinets and a few other smaller jobs turned into a lot more as I found issues with the condo I had just bought.Jay and his team handled every aspect of the remodel/repairs I needed with the highest quality and exceeded my expectations. They helped me design my dream bathroom including installing a whirlpool tub, glass shower doors, new tile, auto flush toilet, touchless faucet, new lighting fixture, and bathroom accessories.They installed new closet organizers, a Phillips Hue lighting system throughout the condo including dimmer switches and upgraded the wifi. The team installed two new garage door openers, a new hot water heater and fixed issues with the AC.They made plumbing, flooring and electrical repairs as I discovered them and this is not even the complete list of everything they did. I was so impressed with the craftsmanship and technical expertise they brought to each job, and especially the professionalism. These guys treated my home as if it were their own.Every job was completed on time (if not early) and Jay kept me informed every step of the way. I own several properties and I'm happy to have finally found a team that I can count on. If you want it done right, on time, and for a fair price, go with Premier Designs Construction. You won't be disappointed!

I recently hired Premier Designs Construction to renovate my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were incredibly punctual and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The team was extremely communicative, always willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.Their attention to detail was outstanding. They handled painting, floor replacement, popcorn ceiling removal, and even some electrical work with exceptional skill and precision. Jay and his team built our dream primary suite as an addition onto our home. He turned an unused screened in porch into a beautiful bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet increasing our quality of life and value of our home immensely! He and his team are reliable and honest and hard working! I would gladly recommend this business to my friends!

From our former outdated dull epoxy resin floors to amazing new tile floors. Jasiel and his crew were beyond helpful, honest, knowledgeable and professional throughout this entire process of installing the new floors for our office. Especially never having worked with a contractor before this was a very refreshing and smooth first experience and we will definitely be using Premier Designs Construction for our future projects! They were detailed, quick and efficient and in constant communication with us. We are so so happy with the results!! Our office is clean cut and modern now.
