Luis installed a new ceiling fan in our rental property. He also fixed a potential electrical wiring hazard that he found while doing the install. His price was fair, he was responsive and I’d hire him again for future projects.

Luis was phenomenal!!! I had ordered a dishwasher and the installer wouldn’t put it in because he thought there was an electrical wiring problem. Luis checked out what was wrong with my current dishwasher installation and told me what had to be corrected when the installer came back. The wiring was fine but the dishwasher had been installed incorrectly causing water to leak and burn it out. He also tried to fix the dishwasher on his own determinism. It was totally broken but it was above and beyond for him even to try. He did not charge me. I’m pretty sure that’s incredibly rare. He was so honest and above board and also able to spot what has happened and make it so the new dishwasher could easily be installed. Luis is a rare find and anyone who hires him will love him, his knowledge and his work ethic.
