I had nothing fancy being done, just needed my shower repaired. There were openings/cracks in the grout/caulking, and perhaps a bit on tiling. I can say that I got a fast response, which is appreciated. They were one of the quicker companies on Thumbtack to get on-site for an estimate. I got a quote that same day, and someone was sent out for the job 2 days later. That was today. He just needed to be pointed towards the job and got to work. :) He quickly (within 3 hours) got the damage to the shower repaired, and it looks clean. He also recaulked by bathtub, in my guest room (this was part of the job, not pro bono). That looks clean as well. I can't comment on how solid the job is until its been some time. But the work looks good. As of right now, I would definitely hire these guys again.
