Needed 2 light fixtures switched out from the builder grade provided with new build. Also wanted to move the dining room light to the left about 2 feet to be centered over table. The green house team was quick to respond and did a great job with the install of the new fixtures. I was especially pleased with their work on moving the electrical box. They were able to move with minimal damage to ceiling drywall. I am very happy with their results. Highly recommend.
If I could, I would choose all five items for the professionalism, responsiveness, work quality, value, and punctuality. The contacted me quickly after I posted my request, discussed the job over the phone and were willing to give me a quote on the phone (with some reasonable caveats since they only had my pictures to go on). The quote was very competitive with the other quote I received. They scheduled a time to do the job. They were unfortunately detained that day and were unable to make it but the communication was great and rescheduling to the next morning wasn't a problem. They came when they said, did a very clean job, cleaned up after themselves. I'm very satisfied with their work and will call them again when I need an electrician.

Great work by an excellent professional crew of electricians. They worked promptly and efficiently while guiding me through every step of the process. Will be my go to electricians moving forward.
Green House Property was professional, respectful, and patient. The technician was on time and fixed the double tapped wires I needed fixed. I wasn’t sure I could pay the balance and they worked with me. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their work ethic!

David the electrician came out to our house, he arrived 15 minutes early, which was great, David was very friendly, did a great job and showed my wife and I the completed work, I would recommend them to any one we paid $552 for 2 GCFI outlets, (4 plugs) total,

Our quotes are based upon the content and complexity of the project to be completed. From our experience, we understand there are no "one size fits all" quote per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a project request, we will promptly schedule our technicians to arrive at the property (based upon customer convenience) for a thorough assessment and to provide the necessary repairs or installation. We do ask potential clients to be as detailed as possible when describing their project, as this will greatly allow us to provide a general estimate upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our certified technicians are insured and licensed with a minimum of 7 years active practice in their field of service.
