Received superior service from Tampa Property Care LLC. I had a major renovation project getting a townhome ready to be rented, and they provided by far the most affordable service for interior painting, replacement and installation of baseboards, and installation of lights. I thought I was only getting painting services but this team is talented and able to handle all of my maintenance needs. They were extremely punctual and professional but most of all very fair in the pricing of their services. I was even to add more and more projects and couldn’t be more pleased with decision to hire and use Tampa Property Care LLC. I will definitely be using this team in the future home painting and restoration services in the future!

Tampa Property Care painted an interior room and removed border wallpaper. They were midrange of approximately 8 quotes, however they had the highest of all reviews. They did an excellent job, completed earlier then anticipated and were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Will definitely hire them again.

Tampa property care took care of some trees for me. They did an amazing job lifting the oak branches that were close to my house, and cleaning up my palm trees. Would definitely use them again.

Phillip did an awesome job! I will definitely use him again. He worked with me last minute on a HOLIDAY; to do some hole repairs; paint; door knobs and change filters; saved me a trip to the store picked up the air filters matched the paint and sent pics of the receipt and before and after pics of each task without me asking; true professional.
