I was experiencing a plumbing issue and needed someone to locate the leak and remove the drywall so a plumber could come out. Phil came the same day and was able to handle the job in short order. He was professional, knowledgeable, clean, and cut the drywall perfectly against the stud for easy replacement! 10/10 service!

He worked with me last minute on a HOLIDAY; to do some hole repairs; paint; door knobs and change filters; saved me a trip to the store picked up the air filters matched the paint and sent pics of the receipt and before and after pics of each task without me asking; true professional.

Tampa Property Care painted an interior room and removed border wallpaper. They were midrange of approximately 8 quotes, however they had the highest of all reviews. They did an excellent job, completed earlier then anticipated and were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Will definitely hire them again.
