I was very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness. The job I asked him to do was one that others did not want to take on. However, even after hearing the request, he came to assess it and seemed to offer his honest opinion and estimate. I had some water damage to flooring which had been removed to improve drying. I wanted to reuse some of the old flooring that had been removed. He looked at the old material and was willing to re-use some in the repair. He and his assistant sorted through the older material and did incorporate some in the repair. This helped to mitigate some of the cost of repair.

Edwin and his son were very helpful. We needed a luxury vinyl plank repaired which had splint because the floor underneath was uneven. They explained our options and we chose to have them bridge the space gap with cement and relay the floor with replacement of broken tiles. The floor came out beautiful with the underlying cause of the broken tile addressed. They were prompt, efficient. communicated well, moved all furniture and kept area very clean. We give them our highest recommendation.
