These guys were great from start to finish. They did a full refinish on our staircase and hallway. We had them scheduled for a week where we were out of town, which made it difficult to choose a stain color as they like to give you three options actually stained into the wood. Without asking they offered to come the Saturday before we left town to sand before hand and stain so we could choose options. After the project was completed and we returned the following Saturday, everything looked great but there was one tiny area I wanted touched up, they were responsive and asked if they could come the next day (a Sunday) to correct it. Very happy I found these guys and would hire agains.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness. The job I asked him to do was one that others did not want to take on.
However, even after hearing the request, he came to assess it and seemed to offer his honest opinion and estimate.
I had some water damage to flooring which had been removed to improve drying. I wanted to reuse some of the old flooring that had been removed. He looked at the old material and was willing to re-use some in the repair. He and his assistant sorted through the older material and did incorporate some in the repair. This helped to mitigate some of the cost of repair.

I reached out to Next Gen Luxury Flooring after another individual on thumbtack tried to get over on me , by stating that the provided wood could not be used. He wanted me to purchase his flooring instead. Edwin arrived on time and assured me that the hardwood that I have WILL work. Edwin and his son knocked the floor install out of the park, wife is happy with the excellent and skillful work they performed.

Edwin and his son were very helpful. We needed a luxury vinyl plank repaired which had splint because the floor underneath was uneven. They explained our options and we chose to have them bridge the space gap with cement and relay the floor with replacement of broken tiles. The floor came out beautiful with the underlying cause of the broken tile addressed. They were prompt, efficient. communicated well, moved all furniture and kept area very clean. We give them our highest recommendation.
