Todd is extremely easy to work with! He is punctual and thorough but careful not to disturb or disrupt the people on site. He is experienced with all the many considerations involved in producing an inspection report that can actually help make an informed decision about a home. Todd is also very knowledgeable about construction. He worked well with the real estate agents and everyone that was involved in helping me find a house.
I didnt realize how many things were involved in properly maintaining a home or the importance of knowing the average life expectancy of things like an AC unit. Todd helped me understand what things would need to be handled right away and what things I could deal with in the future.
Todd was able to get the finished report to me the next morning. The report is an online report that I can access and print as much as like, which is very useful. I continue to use the report to remind me of maintenance issues. The inspection was a great value and so is the report. The price for the inspection was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Todd and Tech Inspection Services!
